How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 2pm PT usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following business day. We ship Monday–Friday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard (free) US shipping goes out via USPS Ground Advantage and generally arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited shipments go USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 2–3 days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, delivery times vary by destination, and any customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

What does the package look like when it arrives?
Items ship discreetly in plain white or manila bubble packaging — nothing on the outside says what’s in it.
What is your return policy?
