I ordered two wax wallets. The closing clasp was broken on one when they arrived. Customer service was good, and they immediately shipped two more at no charge. Unfortunately, the clasps on both of the replacements do not work adequately. So I have one out of four that actually stays closed. I suppose I will still use them and just put a rubber band around them.

There was a “brand new” unboxing of this product. It is well worth buying for someone searching to buy. I would like to suggest shipping with some extra layers around product to prevent any damage to product during shipping.
