Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday from Southern California.
Shipping options
Standard (Free, US): USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–7 business days.
Expedited (US): USPS Priority Mail, typically 2–3 business days depending on your location.
International
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Packaging
Every order ships discreetly in plain white or manila bubble packaging — no product branding on the outside.
Returns
Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 21 days of the order date. To start a return, email info@760glass.com with your order number.
Warranty
Every product we sell carries a 180-day warranty and can be returned for repair or exchange. If something isn’t working right, email us your order number and a quick description (photos help) and we’ll make it right.
