Products & intended use
760 Glass sells vaporizer hardware, DIY mixing supplies, and botanical terpene blends. Our products do not contain nicotine, THC, or any controlled substance. Products are sold for lawful use only, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
Ordering & payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment processors; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud or failed age verification — with a full refund of anything charged.

Returns & warranty
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 21 days of the order date for a refund minus shipping. All products carry a 180-day warranty covering repair or exchange. See the Shipping & Returns page for the process.
Battery safety
Vaporizer batteries must be used, charged, and stored properly. Use the supplied or specified charger, never leave charging batteries unattended, and stop using any battery that is damaged, wet, or behaving abnormally. 760 Glass is not liable for damage or injury resulting from battery misuse, modification, or improper charging.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Products and site content are provided “as is.” Our products are not smoking-cessation devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 760 Glass’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
