Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?A: Orders placed before 3pm PST are usually sent out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following day. We ship Monday-Friday.

Q: How long does the shipping take?A: Standard (Free) shipping is sent via USPS First Class Parcel and generally takes between 3-7 days to arrive. Expedited Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-3 days depending on your location. 

Q: Can I track my order?A: Yes! You will receive an email when the order ships that includes a tracking #.

Q: Can you ship to my country?A: Yes! We ship worldwide!

Q: What does the package look like when it arrives?A: Items are shipped discreetly in a plain white or manila bubble packaging. 

Q: What is your return policy?A: Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 21 days of the order date. All products carry a 180 day warranty and can be returned for repair or exchange.
